A lot of copy, made manageable.
This tool captures every single piece that I need to customize your bundle. It's real ground to cover — so I've broken it into 20 short pages, grouped by section, with starting copy already written for almost everything.
This tool is designed to support you in the completion of what I know is daunting work. If you get stuck, take a break and then keep going! The example copy in the document is there to help you get inspired and see what the structure of the page is. (Pro tip: Use the companion Claude Cowork Skill, the Peach Launch Wizard, or copy and paste the content into your preferred AI Chat to get some help with this task!)
You can leave and come back whenever you like; your place is saved automatically. You're not starting from a blank page. You're making mine yours.
Upon completion, you'll use the final submit button to generate the creation of a Customization Reference Document. This document will automatically be sent to the Citrine team for review.
One Thing to Know As You Begin
Our system uses custom values, also called merge fields. The benefit of using merge fields is that if the information changes (if you change your name, or your brand's primary color, for example), you will not need to go through every individual asset you own and change every element that includes that information, you will only change the value associated with the related custom value.
The first section of the form collects the foundational information needed to configure your GHL account before the build session begins. This is not copy — it's setup data. None of this should require much thought.
The fields in this step represent the custom values we'll use in your account. These values are represented throughout the system, so it's good to familiarize yourself with them and learn how to use them, and where they show up, generally. They are easy to change, and easy to create (Claude Cowork and Claude Code can create and update custom values.)
Fill in the following:
Your name and first name are used throughout the system as custom value (merge fields) — your first name will appear in automations that reference you by name, and your full name is used in page footers and legal contexts.
Business info populates your GHL Business Profile. This information appears in system emails (this is a legal requirement for email marketing compliance), legal pages, and anywhere your business contact details are referenced automatically. Your support email is the address your clients will be directed to contact for help — it can be the same as your main business email, or a separate support inbox if you prefer.
Brand colors are used to set your account's palette. Provide hex codes from your existing brand guidelines. The form accepts up to five colors — primary, secondary, and accent are the most important. If you have fewer than five, leave the extras blank.
Logos & branded photos are used in your site assets for customization during installation. Please upload all media you would like us to consider while customizing your templates to your Citrine account's media storage
Offer and lead magnet names are used as merge tag values throughout every automated email and page in the system. The names you enter here will appear dynamically anywhere the template says `{{ custom_values.offer_name }}` or `{{ custom_values.freebie_name }}`.
Social URLs are pulled into your website footer and any social-linking sections across the templates. Only provide the platforms you actively use. Any you leave blank will simply not appear.
Calendar Settings
Calendar settings configure the two booking pages baked into the bundle.
For each calendar, you'll need to specify your available days and hours, how much advance notice you require, and whether sessions happen via Zoom or Google Meet. These settings go directly into GHL's calendar configuration during the session.
